Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Breathing Exercises practised in a heated room.
This series tones, strengthens and detoxifies your body while also clearing & calming your mind.
We have 2 studios on the Gold Coast, one in West Burleigh and our brand new studio in Mermaid Beach.
